Like any other Starbucks, same menu.
Nothing new.
However, I did like that its by the highway and super convenient to get off i81. Locating Starbucks is well visible as soon as you get off i81.
Location is everything, and easy to get in and out of , kudos!
The store is spacious, clean bathroom, good coffee, a nice pit stop while on the road. -

We are staying in the area and we're very excited to see they had a Starbucks right down the street from our hotel. We had a very bad experience with the guys at the cash register, he was rude and when we tried to redeem my birthday reward he just said "i don't know, sorry". We asked him to get someone and again his answer was "I don't know, sorry". Another barista came over, Angela, she was fantastic. She was so sweet and personable. She changed the entire experience. She even came over after to check on our drinks and say happy birthday! She certainly changed our experience going here in a few short conversations! She was awesome and even had us try to nitro for free because it was similar to our orders and she thought we might like it.

This place is wonderful.
I feel like I rarely ever see the same group of people working here but honestly the last time any one of them made my drink incorrectly was almost a year ago.
The staff is always so polite. The store is fairly clean.
Sometimes the wait is a little long, but they are usually packed so what can you expect?
As opposed to some places I go, I am never made to feel weird if I make a long order or ask for something to be remade.
It is a pleasure to come here. -

Waited 30 minutes patiently for my $5 coffee before walking out (after paying)when the manager and barista couldn't figure out how much longer it would be. Apparently DRIVE through window takes priority over walk ins. Went to Panera instead.

I was hoping to get coffee on my way home from a weekend trip...to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I placed a mobile order along with two other friends. One of my friends received their order within ten minutes. Meanwhile, my other friend and I waited over 45 minutes for an order that was never made. We asked for, and received a refund from a very apologetic cashier. However, at that point we just wanted our coffee. No one offered to make our missing drinks for us. No one checked to see where our drinks were. I understand this is a highly trafficked location, but the apathetic attitude of the shift manager and the baristas on the bar was appalling. I will make an effort to avoid this location on future trips through the area.
